We Provide Dock Shelter with the assistance of our professionals, our clients can avail from us Dock Shelter that is used to fill gap between building and vehicle at the loading point. This is used to avoid expensive temperature variations as compared to the outside of the warehouse. Besides, we offer basic three models according to the structure of the warehouse and the type of goods being handled.

In our wide range, we also have Dock Levelers with Dock Shelter for our clients. These products are used to protect goods against weather and help to save energy. Available in various sizes and shapes according to the specifications of our clients, these products ensure efficient loading and unloading of goods.

• Ramp assembled and tested in factory

• Hot galvanized frame

• The electro-hydraulic system includes pressure valve that helps to stop level ground if the loading weight is above 250 Kg

• Control panel IP 55 with a low tension button (24 V) and an emergency button which connects the wire to the engine (length 8 meters) in accordance with CE 20/22-2 rules

• Gummy bumpers mounted on the frame of the ramp (size: 80 x 70 x 400 mm)

• Aluminum lip with double effect cylinder and pressure valve which ensure to avoid the risk of crushing between the edge of the ramp and the truck

• Automatic equalization of the transversal variations of the level ground

• Three-phase engine 0.75 Hp, 380 V, 50 Hz

• Aluminum level ground realized by extruded solutions with high loading capacity

• Stop hydraulic device in case of sudden moving of the vehicle. It works with a loading weight above 300 Kg. and includes balancing valve that reduces the descent speed to less than 0,05 m/s

• Anti-cutting system

• Lateral yellow and black stripes

• Phosphorescent stripes that indicate the working space is allowed by the rules (+7°). The –7 % inclination is mechanically limited

• Blocking pole bears the open level ground during the maintenance process
